Long Island Teen Missing For Days, Alert Issued

Police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a teenage boy who went missing after last being seen at his Long Island home.

Fifteen-year-old Elijah Major was last seen on the morning of Friday, Dec. 15 leaving his Seaford home, police said.

Elijah Major, age 15, was last seen on Friday, Dec. 15 in Seaford, where he lives, according to Nassau County Police.

It was just before 8 a.m. on that day that Major was last spotted. He was leaving his home at that time.

Major is described as being 5-foot-5 and weighing approximately 210 pounds.

He has brown eyes and a black afro.

Detectives encourage anyone with information regarding Major’s whereabouts to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.
